She also manages the #1 ranking office nationally for 2010 - 2012, and has continuously directed this office for over 20 years and it’s always been one sof the highest performing offices in the Snelling Staffing Services System.
Having worked in the business for over 25 years, Jackie directs an office of 13 for Bryant Bureau while actively working an engineering, operations, bilingual, sales, and executive search desk. She specializes in the Automotive OEM/Aftermarket, Agricultural, Outdoor Products, Aerospace, and Fastening Systems industries, handling corporate, engineering and manufacturing sectors globally. Jackie’s greatest strengths are her resourcefulness, persistence and ability to grasp an organization’s culture and find the right candidate fit. Regardless of the search, digging deep and asking the tough questions to find out the specific needs of her clients has always resulted in successful outcomes. Throughout her career she has conducted speaking and training seminars nationwide, have been published in the Search Industry’s leading educational forum-the Fordyce Letter, coaches companies in attraction and retention strategies and participates in voluntary work preparing soon to be professionals in recruiting and interviewing skills.
Jackie carries two Bachelor of Art degrees, a MBA, and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). Some of her other honors include Top Owner/Manager of the Year for 1996 by MASS; Consultant of the Year in 2004 by MASS; the first and second ever recipient of the distinguished Head Hunter Award; and Top 40 Under 40 nominations by Crain’s Detroit Business Magazine. Jackie is a former Board Member, and has been a member in good standing since 1998, of the acclaimed Pinnacle Society. The Pinnacle Society’s membership is restricted to only 79 recruiters who are known in the industry as “Big Billers”. Her passion lies in understanding and appreciating different cultures and cultivating contacts internationally, which enhances her ability to successfully match and serve the increasing needs of her client’s global strategies in Asia, Europe and South America.
