Jennifer has been in the staffing industry over 10 years, starting as a technical recruiter on an Apple Computer account and quickly moving up into a selling role. She began working with Strategic IT Staffing in August 2007 as an Account Manager and from there moved through the ranks ultimately being promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As Vice President, Jennifer serves as the critical link between company and clients by helping to turn concepts into tangible services. She works hard to cultivate strong and lasting relationships through organized and planned techniques. Internally, Jennifer effectively provides leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions and strategies, develops and implement sales methods, and mentors and develops Account Executives through the process of learning and effectively understanding the full sales life cycle, in order to increase company revenue and profitability.
