Driving Directions to Hotel Palomar
Ideally centered in the midst of all Dallas’ goings-on, Hotel Palomar offers a perfect location across from SMU and convenient to Dallas Love Field Airport, DART rapid transit and all there is to do and see in Dallas.

To our Dallas, Texas, hotel from Dallas Love Field (DAL):
Dallas Love Field is about five miles from Hotel Palomar. A cab ride takes 10-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and the fare is around $20 before tolls and tip.

  • From Love Field, take Cedar Springs Road southeast toward Aviation Place for 0.6 mile
  • Turn left onto Mockingbird Lane. Go 3.7 miles
  • Hotel Palomar Dallas is located at 5300 East Mockingbird Lane on the right side of the street

To our Dallas hotel from Dallas/Ft. Worth Intl Airport (DFW):
Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport is about 25 miles from Hotel Palomar and travel time takes around 35-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

From DFW, take International Pkwy S/TX-97 Spur S (Portions Toll), traveling south for 0.4 mile. From here, you can choose one of three exits:

South Exit

  • Take the South Exit (Hwy 183 East to Dallas)
  • Merge south onto Hwy 183
  • Merge onto I-35E South to Dallas
  • Exit onto Hwy 75 N/McKinney/45 S to Houston
  • Merge into the left lane and exit Hwy 75 N/Mc Kinney
  • Exit Mockingbird Lane, turn right at light
  • Hotel Palomar is located immediately on the right

Or

North Exit (via Hwy 114)

  • Take the North Exit (Hwy 114 to Dallas)
  • Merge onto Hwy 183 East to Dallas
  • Merge onto I-35E South to Dallas
  • Exit onto Hwy 75 N/Mc Kinney/45 S to Houston
  • Merge into the left lane and exit Hwy 75 N/Mc Kinney
  • Exit Mockingbird Lane, turn right at light
  • Hotel Palomar is located immediately on the right

Or

North Exit (via Hwy I635)

  • Take the North Exit (Hwy I635 East to Dallas)
  • Merge onto Hwy 75 South to Dallas
  • Exit Mockingbird Lane, turn left at the light
  • Cross over Hwy 75
  • Merge into the right lane
  • Hotel Palomar is located immediately on the right

Valet parking is available at Hotel Palomar with in and out privileges for $10 each day and $20 nightly, hybrid vehicles park for free. Rates are subject to change without notice.
