Adam Dalva

President

Search Max, Inc.

Adam Dalva is a second generation recruiting professional. His mother, Marlena Dalva, was a consistent million dollar producer, so he had the unique experience of literally growing up “in the recruiting business.”

Adam started his own career in the recruiting business in 2003 when he opened Management Recruiters of Coral Springs, FL. The office, which focused on engineering and construction, was the first in MRI’s 40+ year history to break the $1,000,000 cash-in mark within the first year of operation. He sold the office in 2005 and left to work as a single producer for a year, billing more than $450,000.

In 2006, Adam decided once again to start a recruiting firm, and in 2007 Search Max opened its doors. The most interesting part of the office’s success is that with the turn in the economy, they had to completely move into another industry. Search Max focuses on Advertising, Media, and Medical Devices. In 2008, Search Max was the Fastest Growing office in the southeast region for MRI Network.

Adam has hired and trained two MRI National Rookie Recruiters of the year. Both offices have seen great success in the small office category (3-7 recruiters).
