Also placed VP Sales at Teamshare and his team of sales reps to grow company, resulting in sale to Serena Software.

2001 – Present - Placed Branch Manager with the area’s dominant Systems Integrator (ASG); who has utilized me to grow his sales organization and has become VP of Sales/Partner.

1995 – 2000 - Placed 40 employees at Customer Insight Company and serviced nascent Colorado- based software companies with successful sales, technical and executive level talent searches. Hired 10 Executive Search Consultants throughout the 1990’s; average tenure 3.5 years.

1993 – Present - Authored approximately 15 – 20 articles for publication in The Fordyce Letter and chosen to be speaker at Fordyce Forum 2009 and 2010.

1989 – Present - Placed more than 35 Sales, Sales Management, Sales Support and related personnel as the foundation of Oracle’s Denver operation and won new accounts with several other I.T. Industry Giants such as DEC, Wang Labs, Cisco Systems, etc..

1986 - Founded The Pinnacle Source, Inc. to take ownership of the IT Sales marketplace niche in the Rocky Mountain Region.

1983 - Personally trained by industry guru Steve Finkel.

1981 - Began employment at Allied Careers, Inc. as an “Employment Consultant”.
