Shannon Myers is the managing partner of Walton Search, a recruitment and sourcing firm that specializes in the healthcare industry. She began working in the recruitment industry in 2001 and established Walton Search in 2007. She is passionate about exploring innovative recruitment and sourcing methods and was a Grandmaster Sourcing Challenge winner for SourceCon2008. In addition to recruiting, she trains recruiters in the use of new sourcing techniques and social media as well as small businesses on how they may harness these skills for business development.
